According to an India Venture Capital report, venture capitalists have invested about USD 777 million in India till September 2007.
Some of the investments made include:
Norwest Venture Partners investing USD 20 million in Adventity;
USD 14 million investment in Trianz by NYLIM India Fund;
USD 7 million investment in Neilsoft by Trident Capital; and
USD 5.1 million in Hurix Systems by Helion Venture Partners.
