Students typically enter Merrill Lynch through one of two entry points: summer internships and full-time programs.

Summer internships give you a chance to experience working at Merrill Lynch for a summer prior to graduation. Former summer interns account for the majority of full-time hires. The best time to submit your application is from Early September through December for programs taking place in the following summer.

Direct hiring for full-time programs also occurs during the autumn season. The best time to submit your application for these programs is from Early September through November preceding your graduation.
