Plan - Get into the habit of planning actions - Think of strategy and details.
Execute - Carry out your plan taking the deviations as necessary.
Reflect - Think about how you can improve processes in the future - assess the actual results that came from various actions - recognize appropriate actions and inappropriate actions.
Learn - Make sure you learn - Learning means change in behaviour - Decide in what way you want to change - Think of it many times - practice it in simulated situations many times before you have to do it actually in real life situation.
