Soft Skills - 3


Adaptability in work place is the ability ot modify one's thinking, attitudes, or behaviours to be better suited to current or future environments. In this era of accelarting change, adaptability is a requirement.

To become adaptable to current and future environments, persons have to think positively about new developments.

* Adapt to change quickly and calmly without idealising earlier methods and ideas.
* Keept sight of big goals in life and strive towards goals despite obstacles.
* Be ready to change based on the lessons learned in the past.
