The firm has just wrapped up its first fund raier $125 million (Rs.492.5 crore).

Teh firm will invest in technology start-ups that straddle India and US, with HQ and operations in either market.
Four member investment team: Rekhi and John Dougery in Menlo Park California and Samir Kumar and Saurabh Srivastavam in India.
Deal sizes will range from $1 to 3 million and may go up to 8 m.
Its tilt will be towards angel inesting.
