Profile Description : Responsible for fully staffed, profitable branch network across the region, offering clients the whole gamut of wealth management solutions aimed at customer delight. "Design regional sales strategy and drive business results as per the regional plan. Drive and meet sales number across products. Recruitment and training of regional sales and support staff and manage branch operations and handle employee engagement activities for the region.

Responsibilities : Direct Customer interaction especially with Key customers and identify new product opportunity. Synergise events and activities / initiative across region. Track market intelligence and competitor’s activities Team Management skills and team player. CA / MBA Finance / Marketing (Additional: NCFM, AMFI, CFP) with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales management with in Financial Services. Prior experience of managing team with a compliance / client servicing background is desirable.

Profile Description :We need Graduates / Post graduates with minimum 4 years of administration & hospitality experience. Candidate should be result oriented with excellent negotiation & project management skills.Plan capacity & execution in line with business & manpower growth plans. Maintain administration processes. Execute SLA's & service standards & report adherence from time to time. Communicate all available services & benefits that employees can hope to get through the administration function.
